| Challenge Questions
Challenge questions help us identify that you are a valid user. If an unauthorized person attempts to Log In to your Comerica Web Banking® account, they may be challenged with one or more of the questions that you selected. If the unauthorized person does not know the answer, they cannot access your accounts.
You should choose answers that both you and your co-subscribers will know. The same questions and answers you select will be used by co-subscribers on your Comerica Web Banking account.
Challenge questions can be changed through your Comerica Web Banking Self Service tab. Simply click on the "Change Security Questions and Answers" link, select a new question and provide an answer as appropriate.
